Ladies Kickboxing
A female only class, dedicated to exploring techniques with the fist, shin, elbow and knee – with a fat burning, sweat inducing workout!
Whether you want an entry point to learn self-defence concepts, lose some weight, burn away some stress or simply join a community of like-minded women – this class is for you!
What to expect
Punching, kicking, elbowing, kneeing… What more could a girl want?! Sessions include warm ups and calisthenics, glove drills and padwork – all at a go-at-your-own-pace dynamic.

These classes are available on Wednesdays from 7pm.
